Refund policy

Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of Ms Flo Moore’s products, all sales of eBooks, templates, PDFs, courses, subscriptions, workshops, memberships, spreadsheets, and any other digital product sold are final. Gift cards purchased through Ms Flo Moore are non-refundable.

Refunds on Physical Products

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with the return address and next steps. Because we are a small business, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be received at our facility within 14 days of the return request date.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in brand-new condition, free from writing, wear, or damage. They must also include all original packaging and protective materials, such as mailer boxes, bubble wrap, or polybags, to ensure the product arrives safely and can be resold.

Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected by our warehouse team. After the inspection is complete, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee.

Items returned without proper packaging, or those that arrive damaged or in unsellable condition, are not eligible for a refund. These items will not be returned to the customer and may be disposed of as part of our standard returns process.
